Can I change my plan later?
Yes — the same way on the web, Android and iPhone. Upgrades start immediately with a new billing period, and the unused part of your current plan is credited. Downgrades and monthly ↔ yearly switches start at your next renewal. Cancelling turns off auto-renew; you keep your plan until the period ends. You only ever have one plan, so you are never billed twice.
What happens when I use all my conversations?
You can still use all other features like journaling, mood tracking, and breathing exercises. Your conversations renew at the start of each calendar month.
What does “Unlimited (fair use)” mean?
Siddha has no monthly conversation count. To keep Sakha affordable for everyone, a single account can hold up to 1,500 conversations a month — about 50 a day, far more than anyone uses in practice.
Which voice will I hear?
Every plan hears Sakha in a natural neural voice in all 16 languages. Paid plans add the premium voices — Sarvam for Indian languages, the ElevenLabs studio voice for others — with a monthly amount of ElevenLabs speech; after it, the next-best natural voice speaks until the month renews. If a voice service is ever unreachable, Sakha keeps speaking with the next voice, and finally your device’s own voice.
Will tax be added at checkout?
No. The price shown is the price you pay, the same as in the App Store and Google Play.
What is included in the 7-day free trial?
The trial comes with Sadhak: every Sadhak feature, with up to 50 Sakha conversations during the trial. The full allowance begins as soon as the trial ends. Cancel before then and you are not charged. Bhakta and Siddha start right away, and Seeker is always free.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Your journal entries are encrypted on your device. We never sell your data and maintain strict privacy standards.
